Enhance mental resilience, befriend your nervous system, and lead in a way that mirrors the world you want to build.

Coaching for changemakers who want to lead differently

Somatic coaching is a mindfulness-based, body-centered approach to executive coaching that uses gentle inquiry and awareness practices to help you tap into your body’s wisdom and build nervous system resilience so you can:

  • Stay centered and adaptable in times of conflict, uncertainty, or overwhelm

  • Make decisions with more clarity and ease

  • Cultivate and deepen self-compassion

  • Learn practical tools to regulate stress and reactivity

  • Enhance your ability to rest deeply so you can recharge—even when your days are full

  • Strengthen emotional intelligence and attunement to others

  • Lead from a place of grounded presence, not fight or flight activation

I work with leaders who:

  • You’re working to change broken systems but feel their weight impacting you. You recognize how neglecting your own well-being mirrors the very patterns you’re trying to change — and keeps true systems transformation out of reach.

  • Your mind is sharp, but can be so active it overrides what you truly feel or know. You want to connect to a deeper source of wisdom and you sense your body has information to share with you.

  • After years of grinding, you sometimes feel of touch with what you want or need. Deep down, you sense that the strategies that once served you are no longer enough for what lies ahead.

  • Chronic tension has become your default state. You find it hard to “downshift” or truly relax.

  • You want a reliable anchor in an increasingly chaotic world. You want clarity to move forward with confidence in an era of accelerating complexity.

A little about me…

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of systems change and personal transformation. For nearly fifteen years, I worked to address the climate crisis—earning undergraduate and master’s degrees in sustainability at Stanford, consulting on energy and utilities at RMI and Bain, assessing climate impact at TPG, and later serving as a partner at Lowercarbon Capital, where I helped build one of the world’s leading climate venture portfolios.

Over time, I noticed that the same patterns destabilizing our planet—extraction, disconnection, short-term thinking—were also alive inside the organizations working for change. I came to believe that unless we learn to meet crisis differently—caring for our bodies, minds, and spirits along the way, even our most visionary solutions risk perpetuating the harm we hope to repair.

Today, after a decade spent advising executives and founders in the impact space, I draw on Dharma practice, ongoing training in modalities like Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing, and graduate studies in Counseling Psychology, to help changemakers enhance their leadership by strengthening their nervous system resilience.

In the end, my work is about helping people lead without losing themselves by anchoring in presence, wisdom, and compassion in the midst of accelerating complexity.
